In honour of Tradies Health Month, Timo Topp - Fitness expert and wellbeing advocate, has come up with some simple stretches and movements that Tradies can do throughout their day or at the end of a big day on site.

He focuses on lower back and core muscles as well as the hip flexor which, when you compensate for the pain in your lower back, can become tight.
