  1. Seal jacks x 20
  2. Lateral lunges x 20
  3. Prison squats x 30
  4. Crunches x 20
  5. Plank hold with single leg alternating leg lifts (45 seconds)
  6. Shuttle runs 20 metersĀ 

Repeat this for as many rounds as you can within the time frame you have. Hey, why not record your time and beat it next time. There is nothing wrong with a bit of healthy competition.
