Hop To It - Easter Egg Burner

If, like us, you have indulged a little too much this Easter weekend, don't worry. We have the perfect workout to sweat out all that sugar.

This timed training workout that will have you detoxified and fighting-fit in no time.

Set a timer and off you go, it only takes 15 minutes!

Easter egg burner:

Warm up, jog on the spot with high knees 2 mins.

Round 1: 30 seconds each exercise, 10 second rest between exercises.

  1. Mountain climbers

  2. Plank hold

  3. Leg lowers

  4. Walking lunges

  5. Seal jacks

  6. Jump up reach for the sky, lower and tap floor – repeat

  • 20 second rest.

Round 2: 45 seconds each exercise, 10 second rest between exercises

  1. Mountain climbers

  2. Plank hold

  3. Leg lowers

  4. Walking lunges

  5. Seal jacks

  6. Jump up reach for the sky, lower and tap floor – repeat

  • 20 second rest.

Round 3: 30 seconds each exercise, 10 second rest between exercise.

Cool down:

  1. Body roll out for the spine,
