HIIT For Stress
Give this HIIT workout a try for an easy to follow and stress-relieving workout. The happy endorphins and positive energy that a good workout brings you is addictive.
Get started by grabbing a towel, water bottle and a timer. Finish with a slow stretch and a mini meditation. Total time 40 mins.
1 minute rounds, 2 cycles per circuit:
Circuit 1:

Core plank

Push ups

Mountain climbers
Circuit 2:

Rowing machine

Treadmill run

Bike on medium resistance
Circuit 3:

Dumbbell squat to press: Using 2 dumbbells lower them into between the legs as you squat, maintaining an open chest and shoulder back. As you rise from the squat press the dumbbells overhead into a shoulder press.

Walk out and reach (from knees or from standing)

Side plank (rotate at 30 seconds)
